A quick additional point is that it is asking for topic numbers. You get this by mousing over the topic thread link and getting ?t=n where n is the topic number. Not to be confused with ?p=n where n is the post number.
Zac if you have the ability to unzip on your server, this means a much faster upload and the chmod permissions are all in place. Check to see what your hosting allows as most offer the ability to unzip these days.
If you look at the KB here you can see that it can be categorised, searcheable and more. You can make it so that only you can post in there too and you can withold comments too if you do not want them <img>
A point of note, I have spoken to Teelk, and he is looking to add this into the phpbb 2.0.21 update for IntegraMOD that will hopefully be out by Monday.
