Has the IntegraMod ever tried

getting more developers into the community?
I mean there's a ton of people out there who're desperate to put their PHP skills to use doing something they love. But like the saying goes, closed mouths don't get fed. Has integramod thought of approaching talented developers and inviting them to the community?
Just scanning through the "Mods In Development" forum on phpBB, I see that there are a ton of people with good PHP skills, that are really just looking to have fun writing scripts. People such as those can really help out tremendously with IM after learning the basic architecture. If we get a recruitment effort going, and look for top skills among the phpbb modders and elsewhere, we could grow this community into something significantly LARGER and more awesome than what it currently is. I'm willing to take the first steps right now if given the go ahead and bring some very talented and excited developers into this project.
What do you say?
Because right now, I think the proportion of users to devs in this community is extremely disproportionate, even though users do typically outnumber devs, its just that on IM its a significant disparity in my opinion.
But anyway, my head is in this code everyday. I knew nothing about PHP prior to using IM, which was only 8 months. Since then, I've learned how to pass variables between files. I've also learned how to get data from the db and assign it to variables and then pass the variable to a template. I've even learned how to get distinct data from two different tables. lol AND I've also learned how to create my own blocks and integrate some basic scripts into the portal. So I'm geting there.
Soon I'll be able to help with the official code I hope.
