Hi Adrian,
thx I did all these and got it working but its a different query about newscore.php throwing up an error when scores are submitted - altho the score is accepted ok.
this is the line:
UpdateTrophyStats(); CheckGamesDeletion();
TrophyKingRankCheck();
UpdateGamePlayTime(time(), $userdata['ina_time_playing']);
its update the trophy stats- maybe i've missed something relating to it ?
I do like those blocks SBSTechInc - going to try and do those

Besides what Adrian Rea has posted, as well you can visit
http://www.founditforum.com and search his KB there is a very crystal clear install and the files and even had a few questions answered by posts in his KB as well that I didnt have to bother anyonew with by asking... I have used foundits way 3 times and have never went wrong once... hope this helps too. Ray

thx Ray - thats much better. altho still not perfect- there was a bit i couldnt find:
OPEN INCLUDES/PAGE_HEADER.PHP
FIND (LINE 1005)
if ($row['user_allow_viewonline'] != YES) $row['username'] = '<i>' . $row['username'] . '</i>';
my line 1005 was blank.
did you come across this?

Personally, I never follow line numbers. If doing it manually Ijust search and search until I find the line. I use Dreamweaver todo my editing and it searches the lines for me and 9 out of ten times the line numbers dont mach. When I used foundit forums KB It worked like a charm. All edits that were posted I found with no issues..

AllthoughI'm useless on your 2nd question, the answer to the first one is in foundit's KB after the install KB keep reading all the comments and you will find your answer. That was the VERY first prob I had and found the answer on foundits site. I do apologize for not finding it for you, as I have just walked in the door for a breakin between lawns that need mowed today.......Rest assured your answer lies with in that KB.. and I am sorry for the 2nd questionas Im lost on that one.
Hey Foundit, Yw for the Kudos. You have never steered me wrong yet.. Have a nice day gentleman.... ray
