[SOLVED] How do I merge threads?

ok, I am totally confused. How the heck do I merge threads? The hack list tells me the mod exists in teh build, but neither I nor my other admin can figure out where your supposed to do it? Is there supposed to be a button with the others on the moderator menu? If there is, it's not there.

any ideas?

When you are viewing a topic, down near the bottom near the quick reply box, you should see the following image if using fisubice (similar if using something else?)

A quick additional point is that it is asking for topic numbers. You get this by mousing over the topic thread link and getting ?t=n where n is the topic number. Not to be confused with ?p=n where n is the post number.
