Hi there,

In IM1.4 and 1.41 you can goto User Admin and set a rank title for a user I Would like to give users up to 5 ranks on my site is this possible and how would this be done. I have created the ranks in ACP - Users Admin - Ranks - Rank Admin now all I would like to do is have all their ranks show up in the left hand block of posts they make.

Thanks

You can assign an image for each rank if you havent done so, in ACP / User Admin / Ranks / Edit , and also set if they will be given after a certain amount of posts.

And if you have them set as special you need to assign the rank to each user in ACP / User Admin / Manage

Yes thats right but you can still only assign ONE rank per user I would like up to FIVE ranks per user.

There is a few ways that I can think of to do that.

1. Clone the ranks mod four more times, changing the tables and queries.

2. Make rank images, and descriptions containing all the variables of the ranks that you would use.

3. Or I would recommend implementing either the Awards Icons or the Medals Mod , they will show the images bellow your ranks, but would be effective.

Note]I was able to get the Award Icons mod to work on my board with some editing.

There's the "Add Multiple Ranks and Staff View MOD" by MightyGorgon found here. http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=276330

But, the latest version is on his site, and his site is down right now. It would also need to be ported to work with PCP I think.

Its been a while since I installed it, it wasnt that hard, I just followed the original instructions, if there was any extra editing it was minimal.
