Well while using integrastyle as a default template, i think there is a bug or non complete who's online TPL file code.

Yep there is something wrong in all templates. Working fine on my local site. Simon can you view the page?

Update: The problem occurred after the flags were added, just a guess but I think it is related. Think it needs colspan 5 on three rows...

I fixed it.
