I mean really...how does one do it? I mean...do they type a certain code or something to end up getting blocked?

My experience is that it usually happens when a user reloads the page too quickly. The highest level of detection is a bit aggressive. I was getting my own IP blocked simply try to get past the blank screen that I was trying to fix!

Much of those if you search the IP location you will find that they are 'bots' for search engines. I have the same problem! It is just bot crawlers that get a little aggressive when calling information and end up banning themselves.
