hello

i need help bout adding junior admin

when i finish add it.. and the nick online it still same normal user coz the colour of nick still black but the couler of junior admin is blue right ?

so how to solve it ?

I've heard of this problem before. Try deleting the IM Portal cache, ACP>IM Portal>Delete Cache. For some reason the color of the junior admin is cached with IM Portal.

before that i can assign the colour of nick
