If you only use one language, then here's a quick way:

ACP
IMPortal
Block Management
IntegraMOD Default
Click Edit on News block
Change Block Title to your choice
Set Localize Titlebar to No
Submit

If you have multiple languages, you'll probably want to change the language keys instead.
