Database backup

If you don't have your boards setup to auto backup do it now....
I just had an incident where I made a stupid mistake and accadently wiped my sql database......
Fortunately I have my back up set to daily and was able to grab the last backup and was fine.....
BUT..... out of curiosity I checked what my host would charge ro the restore from THEIR backup......
It would have cost me $80 US out of pocket to get them to do it.
For the brains behind the backup mod..... THANK YOU!
