Here is the general idea. I'd like to be able to create a form page using the Page Management system. This I know can be done, but here is what I want to do. Take that same form and submit it as a formatted PM to a User (admin) or better yet have the submit create a thread within a specific forum.

Is this possible or no? Have I completely lost my mind?
