need of a site

Well i am in need of a site that is really cool and easy to use, and i was wonder if i can get a site here that looks like this http://www.navyjrotc.us/portal/portal.php

This is for a school Rotc class, "Navy", What can i do!

that is a pretty stock Integramod 140 site, using the default template "fisubice" It would be pretty easy to setup a site that looks the same, though you should use your own banner image to avoid potential copyright infringment and making the owner of that site angry <img>

I would recomend using 141 though because it is using current phpbb and mods. It comes with fisubice also

I do understand, i was just using it as reference of what type of organization we are! and looking for a cool site with navy theme and navy other stuff.
