Need assistance with installing Shop Mod 3.1

I've followed the instructions for this mod to the best of my abilities but am having some difficulties. I'm unable to create the links to the shop in the template (cant find out where to insert them) and I cannot get the mod to show up in my ACP so I'm unable to edit it without going to the page directly. I've also installed the PCP compatability mod but the tab is just blank so something is goofed up there as well. If anyone has any premodded files or advice for me, I'd appreciate it greatly.

har, that certainly helped, but now CTracker is bitching every time I try to add or update a shop. I still haven't figured out how to properly include the links to the shop in the template since IM seems to handle the menu links differently.

Okay fixed CTracker, thanks.
I'm using the EQ2 Theme, all the theme files are in the right place, it's just getting the links in place that's proving difficult because as far as I can tell, IM uses an array of links which is displayed by the template rather than individual links like the instructions say, perhaps I'm just confused.

http://www.zarath.com/download.php?mod=shop_mod_310 is the download link for the mod
I can get everything setup perfectly up until the point where I have to edit the theme. Still having trouble installing the Shopmod 3 PCP compatability mod from
http://www.phpbbsmith.com/hacks/shop_pcp.htmlEDIT: I was able to add it to the QBar easily enough, probably better that way. The compatability tool is still stumping me though, I think I need to make some template edits but I'm not sure what.
