Where do you get the forum icons?

I like those nifty 3D icons next to the forums on this site. Any idea where to get them or how to create them?

many are already included in root/images/forumicons

Hm, I just looked - I only have one image in there, test_icon.jpg.
?
In case we are talking about different things, I mean the colorful icons that are located down the page on http://www.integramod.com/forum/index.php.
Wondering where to get icons like it, or create ones of my own.
