I have just been playign around with creating a theme and for the life of me cant remember how to do this.

Some themes have the links underlined...whilst others do not. Where do I specify this and how?

it is a text decoration in your .css
example
a:link,a:active,a:visited,a.postlink{color:#32475f;text-decoration:none}
a:link,a:active,a:visited,a.postlink{color:#32475f;text-decoration:underline}

Can set them forum wide by altering overall_header.tpl though I was just too caught up in .css files to realise that at the time. All sorted though...sometimes a cup of tea and a biscuit helps make the digital world seem clearer.
