php mp3 player?

Hello all, I'm looking for a php or possibly flash? mp3 player that would integrate with IM. On my site, which is music based, dj's have their mixes up to stream. Now I have it as an m3u file for winamp, but would love to have something that stayed within the site. The trick is, I don't want all the mixes to be accessed with one click. I would like it, you click the link for a mix and only that mix will play....make sense? I've been looking at flamplayer which is flash, but am not sure if its what I'm looking for. Does anybody have anything similar setup on their site? I would love to get this up and running, but just don't know where to start. Even a different format of file is fine, I'm not against converting mp3's to whatever.
