I want to change the whole Grey into another color, please direct me to the right way.

There are a couple of ways to do this
Upload a new style (theme demo in left block)
Change the image /templates/fisubice/images/cellpic_bkg.jpg
Have a banner like image across the top
or you can remove the [b]url(images/cellpic_bkg.jpg) repeat-x[/] from the css -
[code]/* This is the gradient background at the top of the page */.topbkg{background]
and change the #dbe3ee to a color you prefer
