Most of the posting buttons not working

When posting at my site I realized some of the posting buttons (almost all) are not working anymore.
Normally when you move the mouse over these button you will see a tools text but also the tools text does not appear.
Got another website (same patchlevel, same machine) and there is works fine.
Can anybody help me out with this?
