Locked Out of Board Founder Account

I've tried everything there is to know about logging in to my admin (FOunder) account that is listed here. I installed by uploading the integramod zip file onto my server then used cpanel to extract it. I checked the CHMOD for config.php as one solution said, but it was correct (666). This is a new install of integramod 1.40 by the way. I didn't install Prillian, because when I do, the message that I'm banned from my own forum appears.

I read that if I created a new user then go into phpmyadmin and used his hashed password as mine, it'd work. But for me it didn't.

Then I read that I have to set my founder id as the highest of all. I did that, but I still can't login to my account.

I tried disabling php_force_read from myadmin (default=0). I failed to find admin_allowed and mods_allowed value in the table.

Yet it all still doesn't work.

Can someone help?
