Backing up Site and Database

is there any way i can backup both database and files via Admin Panel?

no there is not. File backup is the issue. If you have cpanel, backup is easier, but the options still can feel all or nothing.

I use phpBB Backup Suite, which allows for backing up the database and files. Though they are separate menu selections, it is a simple point and click backup solution. The file backup compresses everything into a zip file for downloading. Be sure to read the notice of what files are not backed up (compressed files, cache directories etc.). You can control the scope of files backed up easily, however.
