Change the default page to portal.php

I've tried to change the default page to portal.php as per instructions and seem to have come a bit of a cropper when i type in my url in browser am getting this:

and only the navigation now exists on http://www.twitchy.co.uk/integra/

Did you follow exactly the instructions [url=http]found here[/url] ? I just changed my default page from index to portal.php and it works just fine. You must have done something wrong somewhere

thx Phreak i got it sorted. I did follow the instructions ok for some reason it just didnt accept it the first time <img>
