Bugs fisubice tpl file for the languages that write from rtl

I have problems with a fisubice tpl. I have changed this tpl but they didnt work as I would like.
For example:

This is without changes

This is with the changes

This is how it should be(dont look at the text, just at the space between the blue icon and the text).
