New Install.... Patched... Updated... Permission Problems??

I have done a new install of Integramod, ran all patches and upgrades to .20 (using the pre-modded files).
I can log in as admin fine, and I can post a thread to the forums.
BUT....
If I log in as a normal user, I can not get to the forum.
I can see the posts in Recent Topics, but if I click on the thread, I get a screen with:
"Important Message"
"Please read the following post as it contains important update information pertaining to this forum.

Then if I click on that.. I get:

"The topic or post you requested does not exist"

I have permissions in the forum set to Reg for View / read, but that should be correct for a registered user to see the posts.

Have I missed something elsewhere??

Thanks in advance for the help.

That is a result of the FTR (Force To Read) MOD. Go to the ACP and under FTR Management, deactivate the MOD. This happens because it is active and the topic it was supposed to redirect to has been deleted. Deactivate the MOD and everything should be fine.
