Shotbox Block not working?

I've fixed most every error on my site now, but I noticed whenever I enable the shoutbox block on any portal page all I get is a title bar that says shoutbox. The shoutbox below the forum index works fine. Any clues on how to fix this?

I had this same exact problem. Posted it here, a few people tried to help me w/it, but nothing worked :)
