I recently installed IM 140 with the ICGstation template.

I just noticed that when users check the Automatic Login box, they get the following message:

It appears you have been banned from this website. If this is a mistake or you are not sure why you are banned, please contact the board administrator.

Board Administrator: xxx [at] xxx

There is a cookie mis-match with your account. Please clear your cookies & log back in.

I've tried deleting cookies etc, but it doesn't solve the problem. Does anyone have an idea?

Tx in advance!

I think that the ICGstation template may not be up to date with the phpBB updates. Download the 2.0.17 to 2.019 and the 2.0.19 to 2.0.20 and do the updates to the template manually.

Thanks for the tip, Teelk.

My board was already on 2.0.19 so I only had to upgrade to 2.0.20.

Unfortunately the problem still exists.. <img>

Have you confirmed that this is exactly what happens when the user clicks it. ie. made a test account and the what not? Also do me a favor and check to make sure that you allow auto log in. I believe it's in your general settings.

Confirmed that both the user in question, a root test account (i.e. registered right after setup) as well as a new test account experience the same problem.

Allow auto login is also set (and has been turned off/back on to check parameter retention).
