Hi, is there a way to convert integramod 1.40 to phpbb 2.0.19 (I currently have it installed).

If you are referring to converting it to just phpbb (vanilla) then generally not very easily. You would just have to get phpbb onto your server (which you have stated that you have), and then move over the posts and users and a few of the other system informations on them. Integramod is phpbb with a lot of mods and functionality, so basically you would be just taking all of that out.

at install, Integramod 140 uses phpbb 2.0.17.
are you asking how to update your integramod to use phpbb 2.0.19? or do you want to un-install integramod and use a plain phpbb 2.0.19?

If you're trying to go to a "vanilla" phpBB from an "integrated" system, then of couse that would effect the functionality of those integrated modifications.

Your conversion script specifically says:

This is used only for converting from IntegraMOD 1.3.2c

and it only converts to a stock phpBB v2.0.13.

Can I just do the SQL queries and convert to another version of phpBB?

And trust me, it's not a matter of simply moving the db over. I tried it and now have some major work to do. Integramod uses an older version of the Category Heiarchy mod as well, and it mucks things up quite a bit.

To be honest I'm not sure Steve. I only host the file since the creator's site is down.

All I can suggest is do a test to see what it gets you.

Who is the creator and is there any plans by anyone to create Integramod to phpbb script? If not it might be something the support group might want to consider updating to give Integramod users the option to go back to phpbb, especially with the drastic changes Integramod makes to the database structure. You can easily go from phpBB to Integramod, but going from Integramod to phpBB is another story, plus phpBB is now up to 2.0.21., category heiarchy is a newer version and who knows when the next update will be.
