smtp error when account becomes locked

I found a post on the old integramod.com (http://integramod.com/home/viewtopic.php?p=67253#67253) that claims this issue has been sovled. Unfortunately it only references a zip file that I could not see. If anyone knows what changes are required to fix this issue I'd appreciate if you would post the neceesary changes. Thanks!

This is really starting to be a pain for me. Any pointers even to were to look in the code to try and solve it would be appreciated.
