i was updatet .17 to .19 so i most now 19. to .20
or i most first a security and what files i most use, files for b4 changes ??

If I understand correctly you are currently running .19 correct?, If so you need to update from phpbb security 102 to 103, then 19 to 20.

Do you mean with the /includes/phpbb_security.php? ther are instructions on amending this file.

Use the premoded files if you haven't made any changes to your site ie: stock integramod with no additional mods.
