You are our common member?

I'm confused...my site members are suddenly reporting a bug that I can't figure out. Here is a screen shot of it:

[flash=,:35locxj0]http://www.crunderground.com/files/un_208.jpg[/flash:35locxj0]

It says "welcome [username] you are our common member" twice underneath the top menu.

Apparantly this is just showing up, or for some reason it's showing up twice now. Anyone know of a way I can just get rid of both of them...seems kinda redundant to inform them that they are a common member when they obviously would know if they were a moderator or admin.

I did a quick search and this comes from the paypal mod
languagelang_englishlang_main.php
$lang['LW_Welcome_Nopaid_Member'] = 'Welcome %s, you are our common member.';

Hope this helps

Hmm wonder why it shows up twice? If this is from the paypal mod, this might be more useful if it said "You are a non-donating member, click HERE to donate." or something along those lines?

I will look into this. Thanks Adrian for the help I am tired and didn't want to mess around with trying to dig through my code to get it

NP, I use a text search engine, and scans the whole install in seconds to find text strings. The one I use is powergrep but there are many others out there.

You can also configure your WindowsXP to search within files.

I know this is related to paypal subscriptions, but not sure if it's related to donation. For example, if you had a subscription group, after user subscribed that text would change and give an expiration date of the subscription as well as a link to extend the subscription. As admin we would not see these entries b/c we already have all permissions, you can view by creating a dummy account. As for the fix.... I think the bit of code can just be commented out in the overall_header, but I'm just gonna leave links to the paypal/subscriptions, in case it winds up being something else. Good luck w/it <img>
