Downloads - Custom fields

Hello!

I would like to add a new field to my files in Downloads. it would be something like:

Report dead links: (and here would be the http link)

can i make it somehow? I know where i can add manuall new field to downloads, but there i can't use http, at least it doesn't work for me.
