How can you adjust the height of a block?

I've created a page within my portal and used the bbcode "Insert Web page" function to embed a web page within a block. The problem is that the height of the block is about half of what I need to make the contents of the inserted page fit properly.

Can anyone direct me to where I might be able to find the parameter to adjust to increase the height of a block?

not familiar w/that method. Have you tried the dynamic frame yet? It adjusts the page to fit in proper size w/no scrollbars. [url=http]http://integramod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=818&highlight=dynamic+iframe[/url]

As I read that topic I couldn't determine where exactly to insert the code within the two files listed, so I went with the IFRAMES option and that did the trick. I'll play around with the dynamic frames as I get a bit more time.
