ACP===>User Admin===>Ban Control

All banned IP addresses are on that page. You just need to find out which IP's you need to unban and all you have to do is highlight them and click submit at the bottom of the page <img>

I have the same issue. I can unban through the ACP but it doesn't unban the person.

My moderator got banned for a DoS attempt even though he didn't do anything....seems every integramod forum he visits now bans him when he goes to log in...he thinks it may have something to do with his Linux system or something...

Anyhow...I don't know how to unban through the database....

can someone give me a tutorial of how to do it?

If it is giving you that much trouble you can simply turn off DDoS protection. Or try turning down the protection level from Strong to Medium or Low. Or, you can change it from banning them to simply blocking them.

ACP>Security>Special

Use phpmyadmin to access your database, browse the banlist table. Delete the rows within.
