Anyone done phpBB + Attachments ==> IM 1.4.0?

I've got a phpBB 2.0.20 site with Attachments Mod and have been toying around with upgrading it to a full IM 1.4.0 site. I know that the Attachments Mod is part of IM, but I am not sure how easy the upgrade to IM 1.4.0 would be. Has anyone done this?

BTW, the site also uses the Lexicon (Dictionary) mod, with some custom hacks, so I would have to re-add that manually.

I forgot.... It also has phpBB-security installed.

the security mod can be a tricky one. before you try, you should save a copy of your includes/phpbb_security.php. If you have troubles you can reupload your original. I think the update*.php scripts will just error, telling you the fields already exist, which you can safely ignore. be sure to save your upload folder also with all your attachments
