[BUG] Announcement Duration

Doesn't work.

Create an announcment
Enter 1 for announcement duration
Come back 2 or more days later
You will still see your announcement at the top of the board.
You will have to manually change the topic to "Normal" to get rid of the announcement status.

If this is not a bug, it should be reworded better, to clarify its exact use.
