PM/Avatar/Signature Privileges for new members

I'm running IntegraMOD 1.4.0 on phpBB 2.0.19 and have noticed that my new users don't have privileges for PMs, avatars, or signatures automatically anymore - they used to. Is there any setting I need to change to make this happen? Also, is there a quick way to give those users without the access it back?
Thanks.

Well i think that the solution is in the ACP !
GO ACP >>> General Administration >> Configuration
>>> Go to private message juste under cookies options: Acyivate the messaging
>>> Go to Signature parameters : Activate it and verify the other options
>>> Go to Avatars options and activate it
then Configuration + and verify all hierarchy Mod .
i think that will work !

They're already all enabled. It's only recently that new users haven't been able to PM or set avatars/signatures. All my older users have that ability automatically.
The only thing I've changed (in ages it must be said) is the upgrade from phpBB 2.0.17 to 2.0.19 (for which I used the upgrade instructions on the IntegraMOD website).

I dont recall which phpbb update it is, but phpBB has change a few things to default at off untill you enable them for security reasons, so it may have been due to one of the phpBB updates

Fair enough, do you know how to switch them so that they default to on? Thanks.

Configuration +
well it only can be in Configuration +
then atthe end u will find profile option !
and there verify if u are having the sig , avatar and PM allowed .
so it works this way : configuration + >> profil options >> admin >> then set all what u want to ON and ovveride the user choice..
i think it will work
