if its just on this site you mean go into your profile and set at "none".
if its on your own site try acp>configuration+ > profile> then set flags options to none and overide users options

this is not right
the flag is a must
you cant just ignore it
SOLVED
first you need to go to profile control panel->profile wizard setup->change registration form
then change the flag field to be optional.
(i am sorry if i didnt use the right words, my panel is in hebrew)
