Hi,
whan i go to login if i select (remember me) it displays an (Error Updating Sessions) message. If i refresh the message goes away. Any ideas as to a fix?

First, check to see if there are any dashes - or other characters that may be in your database name or table prefix.
It's also possibly that if you updated your forum from IM phpBB 2.0.17(downloadable version) that you may have forgot to run install/update_to_latest.php file. Even if you didn't forget, try it again and see if that fixes it.
Those are the two things I can think of off the top of my head anyway.
