Background image or fetch data to html

Is there any way to have background image to IM? By this i mean a full page layout image that IM puts data above.

Or can you fetch data from IM into a html file?

And can you load different parts of IM to like frames?
Like: Left nav frame, header frame, bottom fram and main frame.
