But when I look at the link in my browser area.

it's like this

%22album_showpage.php?pic_id=57%22 if I happen to remove the %22 then the rating page would come up so membes can view who said what. How can I fix this?

where are you clicking on the link which is giving yo uthis error? Is it in QBAR or in the album MOD?

the album..you know when you click the title to rate or view it.
