General>Config.

I'm having a problem with the download I get from when I've changed the General>Config. settings. The download I get is completely empty.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Are you saying that when you change settings in ACP>General>configuration (not config+) that the settings remain as they were before submitting?

No the whole page ends up as completely blank.

Are you using fisubice as your theme or did you install another? If you're using a different, try setting it back to fisubice and see if it works. If it does work in fisubice then you can safely(in almost all cases) upload the templates/fisubice/admin/ files to your templates/yourtheme/admin/ files, and that should fix the problem.
