hello..

when i add the junior admin... then the junior admin login to their nick..

but they said that they cant enter the admin panel...

how to solve it ?

Firstly, a junior admin has a moderator status in the eyes of the security mod. Have you amended the security mod numbers of moderators in acp/security/special?

There was a bug with the Jr. Admin MOD prior to IM 1.4.1 2.0.18 or 2.0.19, I can't remember precisely which, that wouldn't allow Jr. Admins access to the ACP. I suspect that your board needs to be updated.
