I want to make a few changes and every search tells me to go to ACP > General Admin > Configuration + > Profile Options > Administration

Problem is, I have no Administration button in Profile Options. Anybody know what I can do?

This happens with every color theme.

Assuming you DO actually have admin status, then you should be looking for a "Go to Administration Panel" link at the bottom of the theme just before the footer and underneath "MyCookies Manager".
