Random Attach Block

The Following are my setttings from Page Management..

Random Attach Max Height : 100
Random Attach Max Width : 100
Random Attach Max Files : 3
Random Attach Include Forum ID : 2
Random Attach Exclude Forum ID : (blank)
Exceptional Forum ID(s) : (blank)

i get this msg when i activate the block.. --> No Images found.

Any idea why?
