auto logout after user leave the portal

Hello!

I would like to know that is that possible somehow, if a user live my site (close the browser or went to another URL and so on) auto logout him/her? it's for some security reason you know.........

I do not think this is possible. The only thing I could think may be possible is to reduce the length of a session. This would mean that you could reduce sessions down to shorter time. I am not sure if this would help and may mean users having to re-log in more often.

If this is the solution, I do not know how to code it, sorry.

Could this be done by not sending a cookie? or leaving the cookie fields blank?
