i have one phpBB board

and i also have intalled integramod...

so how can i transfer the data of forum in phpBB to integramod ?

uninstall all templates other than fisubice and subsilver from your phpBB.
make a backup of your phpbb db. run the db update from the beta phpbb to Integramod update on your phpbb installation. When complete, edit your Integramod config.php with the info from your newly updated phpbb db
