install.php doesn't work

Hey,
I downloaded the multi language pack, uploaded it into my cpanel, extracted it, set all permissions as instructed, but when I goto install.php on my server all I get is a blank page.

Is it a bug or is it the server I am on?

It could be a faulty language file, or is your server php5 or you say you downloaded the multilanguage pack, do you mean the 140alllanguages.zip?

MySQL version 4.1.20-standard

Yeah, the 140alllanguages.zip, doesn't it run on php5?

Integramod 140 does not work on php5. The new 141 will work in php5.
