Why, when I click a "link" does it not redirect correctly?

For example: I want to go to http://www.zcar.com

When I click the link, it sends me to:

http://www.indyzcarclub.com/forum/www.zcar.com

Did you try putting in the full url starting with http://

Link redirect doesn't work?
