[SOLVED] Issue with phpBB Security

After upgrading phpBB Security 1.0.2 to 1.0.3, each new user gets this:

So, they follow the link and change thier password, only to get this]Critical Error!message_die() was called multiple times.  Error #1Your profile has been updated  Click Here to return to Registration information         Error #2It appears this is your first visit since the admins have forced all users to change their passwords. I have followed the upgrade directions 3 times now and keep getting the same thing.

Did I download a bad copy of the update?

Can someone post a link to a known working verion of the phpBB Securty 1.0.2 to 1.0.3?

Solved:

I did have a bad copy of the upgrade.

I used the one from this site and everything is now working perfectly.
