After upgrading phpBB Security 1.0.2 to 1.0.3, each new user gets this:

I have followed the upgrade directions 3 times now and keep getting the same thing.

Did I download a bad copy of the update?

Can someone post a link to a known working verion of the phpBB Securty 1.0.2 to 1.0.3?

Solved:

I did have a bad copy of the upgrade.

I used the one from this site and everything is now working perfectly.
