Album and website hacked!

Ahoi!
Last night my Album were hacked. All files from Folder "album_mod" were deleted.
How is that possible?

search in your system for newly created files. especialy in the folders that have chmod 777.
if you find any delete em .
as for the album mod . i believe that the folder was including that mod .. was set to 777 so they delete it.

Oh my GOOODD!!!
Now, my php Files in root were deleted!
